radishes

Why did I do it? I never really LOVED them, but I planted them in raising trays... and oddly they are the most vigorous growers of all my seeds. I recall them being peppery and crunchy. What will I do with them? salads perhaps. Nom.

    Do you have a mandolin? I find radishes bearable if sliced ultra thinly and scattered through a salad with a decent bit of dressing.

    Radishes were the first thing we tried to grow also. We don't like them either.
